Meet Frank T. Scarpino
Frank T. Scarpino has dedicated his entire legal career to working with the Illinois Criminal, Traffic and Driving Under the Influence laws, including the Illinois Secretary of State driver's license rules. He worked as an Assistant State's Attorney in DuPage County, Village Prosecutor for the Villages of Roselle, Glen Ellyn and Downers Grove and as an Attorney with the Illinois Secretary of State. He currently works with individuals charged with criminal offenses, D.U.I offenses, traffic offenses and those who wish to obtain driving privileges through the Illinois Secretary of State.
Frank T. Scarpino graduated from The John Marshall Law School where he was elected Class Representative. He went on to become an Assistant State's Attorney in DuPage County where he developed his reputation as an excellent Criminal and Driving under the Influence trial attorney. Knowing what cases to take to trial and what cases to settle through negotiation, Frank also developed a reputation as tough but fair.
He later used this reputation in private practice to successfully defended thousands of criminal, traffic and D.U.I cases. Every day of the week Frank could be seen defending multiple criminal, traffic and D.U.I cases in DuPage, Cook, Kane and Will County either through trial or negotiations. It was this experience which enabled him to establish himself as a contract attorney with local villages.
As a village attorney he prosecuted municipal cases and traffic matters for the Village of Roselle, and the Village of Glen Ellyn. He also made his reputation prosecuting Driving Under the Influence cases for the Village of Downers Grove and the Village of Glen Ellyn.
Also while in private practice Frank worked as a contract attorney for the Illinois Secretary of State handling cases where person's driving privileges had been revoked for multiple D.U.I. offenses, reckless homicide offenses, and the use of fraudulent driver's licenses. By working as a Secretary of State attorney Frank has become intimate with the numerous, complex and often perplexing rules the Illinois Secretary of State established for Illinois drivers to regain their driving privileges.
Frank has made his legal career helping people maintain and regain their liberty and driving privileges, and he's available to help you with any legal problem you may have.
